"2PicUp" is a service that allows users to capture images of objects around them to identify and learn their names in different languages. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.

These terms are disclosed during registration, and users are required to agree to them before using the service. We are using the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms aim to regulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between 2MEU Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and its users regarding the use of the educational entertainment service "2PicUp."

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Company" refers to the entity providing the service.
  2. "User" ("Member") refers to any individual who accesses and uses the 2PicUp service in accordance with these terms.
  3. "Service" refers to the 2PicUp service, accessible via any device (including PC, mobile, tablet, smart TV, AI speakers, etc.) regardless of platform.
  4. "Content" refers to all digital materials created by the Company for the purpose of providing the service, including network services, applications, images, text, audio, video, etc.
  5. "Paid Service" refers to any service that requires payment from the user.
  6. "Free Service" refers to services offered by the Company at no cost, including those services temporarily offered for free.
  7. "Account (ID)" refers to the user's email address used for identification purposes. The account may also consist of an ID or email address provided by a platform service provider such as Google.
  8. "Account Information" refers to general information provided by the user to the Company, such as the user's ID, password, and usage data.

Article 3 (Effectiveness, Application, and Changes to the Terms)

  1. These terms take effect upon being published on the Company’s official website (2meu.me) and when users agree to them by downloading the 2PicUp app and using the service. Once agreed upon, the user is bound by these terms and any changes that may occur.
  2. By agreeing to these terms, users agree to regularly check the official website for updates or changes.
  3. The Company may modify these terms as necessary. Changes will be announced online at least seven (7) days before they take effect. In the case of changes unfavorable to the user, they will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance.
